Graphic story about Susi. Susi was born in the wild in 1973, she was kidnapped and exhibited in a circus, she was transferred to the Valencia zoo and then, in 2002, to Barcelona. Susi elephant suffers from depression and sadness in captivity in the Barcelona Zoo. Things have been got worse especially after her female companion Alicia, wich was in captivity for more than six years, was put down in 2008 suffering from intestinal colic. Admittedly, Susi looks sad. Her skin droops, and her dark eyes seem a little teary. Occasionally she rocks back and forth as a result of apparent anxiety. She's living in 1,000 square meters of concrete, which are not proper conditions for an elephant.
